Obituary for Patricia "Pat" Ostergaard

OSTERGAARD, Patricia – it is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Pat, after a lengthy illness, at the Brantford General Hospital on Saturday, December 24, 2016. She was in her 77th year. Devoted wife of Harry for over 57 years. Beloved mother of Brenda (John), Kim (Alex) and Lynda (Larry). Proud nana of Chris (Shannon), Spencer (Amy), Sydney (Connor) and Lauren. Great nana of Sadie, Henry and Ashton. Pat will also be sadly missed by many extended family members and friends. Family and friends will be received at the Charing Cross Reception Suites (beside the Dennis Toll Funeral Home), 63 Charing Cross Street, Brantford on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 from 1-3 p.m. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations in Pat’s memory may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Lung Association. www.dennistoll.ca
