Obituary for Ronald Earl Weaver



WEAVER, Ronald Earl – passed away peacefully at home on November 30, 2016, in his 82nd year. Survived by his wife Carol; sons James (Tony) Weaver, Richard Pottruff (Catherine), Donald Pottruff (Janet), Ross Weaver (Christy Stanhope); daughter-in-law Wendy Weaver; grandchildren Ana, Maria, Dakota, Erin, Rory, Logan, Trent, Lillyana, Lynden and Libby. He is predeceased by his parents Earl and Louise, sons Scott and Earl, grandson Adam and his first wife Carolyn. Ron will be fondly remembered by his sisters and brothers, Louise Beattie (Jack), Diane Lewis(Lloyd), Frank (Donna), Rosemarie Broomfield (Ron) ,Carl (Barb), Kim McRae (Pete) and Rick Sindrey (Flo). He was a member of SMWA Local 537 for 42 years and a leader in Scouts Canada for over 10 years. A memorial service for Ron will be held at Freedom Christian Community, 152 North Park Street, Brantford on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ron’s memory may be made to the BGH Foundation – Patient Equipment Fund CCU for a ventilator or to the charity of your choice. www.dennistoll.ca
