Condolence From: Penny McMillan Cooper
Condolence: Dear Mum, I've thought for days how to say goodbye and find that I just can't. Your heart and spirit continue to live on in all the lives that you touched with your generous spirit and open arms. Words can't express the gratitude I feel for the safe haven and second family you provided to me (and others) and the unconditional love. Thank you. For so many things including the privelege of an amazing, strong little sister. You must be so proud of your children! Your easy laugh and mischevious twinkle brightened every room and collected an eager gathering like bees to honey. While time marches on and our lives grew apart, the miles never dimmed my love and respect for you. The sun is a little less bright without you but I know we'll meet again one day. I miss you. XO My heart breaks for Lisa, Tim & Rome. I send condolences, love and hugs I wish I could deliver in person. I know words don't really help and only time will help dim your pain and heal this fresh wound. I hope the wonderful memories you have of your Mom loved by so many will give you comfort in the days ahead. Much love to you all. XO Penny

Condolence: On behalf of the St. John's Drum Corps Alumni, we extend our deepest sympathies to Elainia's family and friends. Known as "Mrs. V.", her daughter Lisa marched from 1981-1984 on the Hornline and during that time she was actively involved as a Chaperone, cheerleader, cook, and all-around Drum Corps Mom. Mrs. V. will always be valued for her contributions to our Drum Corps family but she will never be forgotten.
