Obituary for Hazel Marie Adams
Hazel lost her 6 month, hard fought battle at the Brantford General Hospital, in her 77th year on Saturday, August 20, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Don Adams, mother of the late Brenda Kosynski and grandmother of the late Michael Adams. Survived by her loving son Don (Heather) Adams, her grandchildren Ashley, Jesse, Chris (Rich), Matthew, 3 great-grandchildren, her brothers Jim (Marilyn 2013), Donny (Susan), many nieces, nephews and their families. She is also predeceased by her brothers Bob and Reg. Special thanks to the staff of the CCU Dept. of the B.G.H. for their wonderful care and compassion during this difficult time. You truly are angels on earth and she is now at peace. Family and friends will be received at the DENNIS TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford on Tuesday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Service in the chapel on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Bill MacKinnon officiating. Interment Mount Hope Cemetery. Donations to the charity of your choice appreciated.
